MILWAUKEE (WI) Milwaukee Tool continues to expand its Hand Tool offerings with the addition of several new hammers: 482 gm, 624 gm Framing Hammers, and a Poly Fiberglass Hammer (539 gm). Milwaukee Hammers are designed from the ground up to alleviate common user frustrations. They offer superior driving performance and up to 10X less vibration.

Every professional in the trades owns and uses a hammer, and most have probably experienced sore elbows and forearm muscles due to repeated use. Two of the biggest problems with modern hammers are vibration and swing balance. When paired together, these two factors can significantly impact the users experience; but when a hammer is designed to address these concerns, it will not only perform better but also help to prevent the arm soreness and stiffness associated with swinging a hammer all day, said Matt Vargo, Product Manager for Milwaukee Tool. Each of our Hammers feature a newly developed handle for best-in-class vibration reduction and are precision balanced for superior driving performance.

The new Framing Hammers have a steel I beam handle and are built to withstand harsh jobsite conditions. A SHOCKSHIELD grip provides best-in-class grip durability and vibration reduction. The Framing Hammers have an asymmetrical anti ring claw design that reduces noise and ringing when striking hardened items. A magnetic nail set allows you to drive and set a nail with just one hand.

Also included in Milwaukees new Hammer lineup is a 539 gm Poly Fiber Hammer, which is designed with a durable poly/fiberglass handle and over-molded to help prevent it from slipping out of the users hands during use . The Poly Fiber Hammer, like the rest of the lineup is precisely balanced and features an asymmetrical anti ring claw design as well as a magnetic nail set.

Milwaukee Tool brings a new approach to Hand Tools, paying attention to the little details that make a big difference. Since Milwaukee first launched its Hand Tools expansion in 2012, theyve developed more than 500 application-specific solutions for the trades. These new Hammers are a testament to Milwaukee’s commitment to developing hand tool solutions that professionals want and need.
